A NY se la mattina e il primo pomeriggio si spendono tra visite e musei, la giornata non può che concludersi con un giro per negozi e vi assicuro che qui ce ne sono per tutti i gusti. Sto esplorando le varie zone della città e la prima di cui vi parlerò è Soho. Un tempo zona industriale di Manhattan, oggi i vecchi edifici in ghisa ospitano alcuni dei marchi più alla moda al mondo. Un piccolo quartiere nel quale si concentrano negozi di abbigliamento e design, showroom, ma anche molte gallerie di artisti emergenti. Tra un negozio e l’altro è possibile incontrare qualche Vip, come è accaduto a me con Andie MacDowell (attrice di Quattro matrimoni e un funerale, vi ricordate?). Una zona veramente densa di fascino, sembra quasi di non essere a New York in queste vie eleganti e tranquille, a differenza della vicinissima Brodway che si trova a pochi passi, immersa nel caos. Ma di questa di vi parlerò domani.

In NY I spent the morning and early afternoon visiting museums, the day can only end with a shopping trip and I assure you that here there is something for everyone. I am exploring the various areas of the city and the first of which I speak is Soho. Once the industrial area of Manhattan, today the old cast-iron buildings are home to some of the most fashionable brands in the world. A small neighborhood stores which are concentrated in clothing and design, showrooms, but also many galleries for emerging artists. Among other things, a shop and you can meet some VIPs, as happened to me with Andie MacDowell (actress Four Weddings and a Funeral, remember?). A very dense area of charm, seems not to be in New York City streets in these stylish and quiet, unlike the nearby Broadway, which is located within walking distance, surrounded by chaos.
